Originally formed 2014 in Vallejo, CA by duo Paragraph Taylor and Lillith Taylor, who met while working as morticians, ManifestiV definitely has a unique vibe. Dark soundscapes intertwined with layers of instrumentals, distorted guitars, haunting vocals, and Lillith’s homemade vibraphone all combine to create a unique listening experience, the perfect soundtrack for surviving the apocalypse.
After relocating back to Dallas, TX in 2019 where they first met years ago, Paragraph and Lillith have expanded their band personnel with the addition of bassist Kevin Porter and drummer Ryan A, and have recorded and released several albums, most recently Legacy, which dropped in February 2023 on GIVE/TAKE.
ManifestiV has been busy creating the follow-up to Legacy at their rural east Texas farm, dubbed ManifarM. According to Paragraph, their latest material “embraces, as opposed to evades, the end of humanity.”
ManifestiV’s Paragraph Taylor went Under the Probe for us just yesterday….and he made it through our probing questions in one piece! Check out his responses below:
