Tombstones in Their Eyes’ John Treanor’s creativity and generosity extends further than just the Elliot-Smith inspired tunes he’s created over the last few years or so- he’s also an avid animal person! Treanor and his wife Karin were kind enough to share their story behind their 8 (currently) fur babies.
MEET THE PACK!
“My wife and I both love animals and generally have a mix of between 8 and 10 cats and dogs. We currently have 5 dogs and 3 cats. Here are the dogs on a walk in Crestline, CA.
Pictured are, from left to right, Alfie, a recent rescue, purportedly from Mexico and very happy to be home; Sonja, aka Booboo, found on the street near our home in Los Angeles, and a sweet, sweet food hound; Violet, our first dog after being lifelong cat people, Queen of the pack; Hugo another recent rescue, Hugo, aka Spider Boy, Banana Boy (he stole a banana that was about as big as him from my lap one day), The Angry Blanket, Little Dude and Little Guy, is a tiny, sweet and playful one-eyed pirate; last, but not least, is Duncan, aka Dunkie or Dunkie Dunks, who has 3 legs (missing left hind leg) but is our fastest, happiest and most energetic dog, not letting his missing leg bother him in any way and is a total inspiration. He is powered by an atomic turbine, seemingly, and enjoys every minute of life.”
