Heavy metal juggernauts Lamb of God have released the official video for “St. Catherine’s Wheel” just as the band prepares to kick off their Into Oblivion U.S. tour. The clip, directed by Meriel O’Connell, arrives on the eve of the tour’s launch and gives fans another glimpse into the band’s latest chapter following the release of their new album Into Oblivion.

The video premieres as Lamb of God prepares to take the new material on the road across North America, delivering what promises to be one of the heaviest tours of 2026.

Speaking recently with Forbes, vocalist Randy Blythe reflected on the deeper meaning behind the song and its message of resilience and unity.

“The last line of ‘St. Catherine’s Wheel’ is ‘these savage days can’t break us’ and I use the term ‘us’ very specifically… I think community is going to become incredibly valuable in the next few years.”

Released last week via Epic Records, Into Oblivion marks Lamb of God’s tenth studio album, continuing a career that has spanned more than two decades at the forefront of modern heavy music.

The record has already drawn widespread attention across the metal and mainstream press. The band recently appeared on the covers of Metal Hammer, Loudwire, and Kerrang!, while critics praised the album’s power and relevance.

The Associated Press included the album in its weekly highlights, calling it “10 tracks of ferocity.”
Brooklyn Vegan wrote that “the band spends these 10 songs reminding the world that their reign as New Wave of American Heavy Metal giants is far from over,” while SPIN noted the band is “channeling America’s unraveling into a ferocious new album.”

The album is currently available across multiple formats, including several vinyl variants and a collectible CD edition featuring a limited-edition companion zine with album artwork sketches, handwritten lyrics, and previously unseen studio photos.

Lamb of God will waste no time bringing Into Oblivion to the stage. The band’s Spring North American tour begins tomorrow, launching what is shaping up to be one of the most crushing tours of the year.

Joining Lamb of God on the Into Oblivion tour are Texas hardcore heavyweights Kublai Khan TX, death metal outfit Fit For An Autopsy, and Ohio’s brutal sludge-metal crushers Sanguisugabogg.

Tickets and VIP packages are available now through the band’s official website.

Formed in 1994 in Richmond, Virginia, Lamb of God has spent more than 25 years building one of the most influential careers in modern heavy music. The band’s lineup consists of Randy Blythe (vocals), John Campbell (bass), Mark Morton (guitar), Willie Adler (guitar), and Art Cruz (drums).

Over the course of their career, the band has:
• Released ten studio albums
• Earned five GRAMMY® Award nominations
• Sold more than three million albums worldwide
• Surpassed one billion total streams

Widely regarded as one of the defining forces of the New Wave of American Heavy Metal, Lamb of God continues to evolve while maintaining the ferocity that has made them a global metal powerhouse.

With Into Oblivion now unleashed and the band preparing to hit stages across North America, the release of the “St. Catherine’s Wheel” video offers fans a final preview before the chaos of the upcoming tour begins.
