Frank Turner Doses Out In Your Face Punk with New Track ‘Non Serviam’

FRANK TURNER - NON SERVIAM

While hardcore veteran Frank Turner is most recently known for his dalliances with the acoustic guitar, his latest single, “Non Serviam” unapologetically thrashes. Says Turner, “My new record is a punk rock record, and when I say that I’m not kidding. This is the first song from the album, a song about staying true to your artistic ideals, standing firm for the things you believe in.”

When it comes to standing for what you believe in, Turner puts his money where his mouth is. With nearly 3,000 shows under his belt, the pandemic saw the singer shift gears and play dozens of livestream events to benefit small venues. All told, Turner helped raise nearly £300,000. For his efforts, he was awarded the Music Venue Trust’s award for Outstanding Achievement for Grassroots Music Venues. Now that is punk.

Turner’s next full length, FTHC, is set to drop Friday, February 11, 2022 via Xtra Mile Recordings/Polydor. The record was recorded at famed Abbey Road Studios and produced by Rich Costey, who has helmed projects by Foo Fighters and Muse. Pre-order FTHC  HERE on CD, deluxe CD, LP, picture disc, and cassette, with signed bundles exclusively available from Frank’s store HERE.
