The Seattle post-hardcore/post-punk band, Pretty Girls Make Graves, has announced their first show in 17 years.
They will play their sophomore album, The New Romance (2003), in its entirety at When We Were Young 2024, on Saturday, October 19th at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. It’s currently their only announced show date.
In 2007, the band announced they were breakup because of the departure of drummer Nick Dewitt, and had said at the time that “the rest of us feel like it wouldn’t be right to continue on without him. The 5 of us feel very lucky to have met and worked with some truly amazing people over the years.”
They played their last shows in Seattle in June 2007. Singer Andrea Zollo went on to front Deep Creep, while guitarist Nathan Thelen formed Drug Cabin.
