The Black Keys have canceled their upcoming “International Players Tour”  in support of their latest album, Ohio Players.

The band’s North American arena tour was slated to begin September 17th in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but as of today all but one of the band’s scheduled concerts, a performance at the NASCAR Chicago Street Race on July 6th, have been removed from their website and Ticketmaster also shows the concerts as being canceled.

Though as of yet The Black Keys have made no public statement regarding the tour’s cancelation, ticket availability data sourced from Ticketmaster shows low ticket sales for the tour.

Many fans blame the low sales on high ticket prices, which ranged from $100 to $300. But even though The Black Keys have toured arenas in the past, Ohio Players was the band’s least successful release in nearly 20 years. When the LP dropped in April, it debuted at No. 26 on the Billboard 200, while, their previous LP, 2022’s Dropout Boogie, debuted at No. 8.
