Weezer has announced their “Voyage to the Blue Planet” 2024 tour to celebrate the Blue Album’s 30th anniversary. They will also release a deluxe version of their 1994 debut album later this year.
Weezer’s “Voyage to the Blue Planet” trek kicks off September 4th in Minneapolis, with The Flaming Lips and Dinosaur Jr. as support. The tour will also stop in cities including Toronto, Boston, New York, Nashville, and Washington, DC on the way to the final stop in Inglewood, California on October 11th.
Weezer will play an intimate show at the Lodge Room in Los Angeles this Friday, March 15, with Dogstar as the opener. Festival appearances include Atlanta’s Shaky Knees and San Diego’s Wonderfront Festival, followed by a UK co-headlining tour with Smashing Pumpkins this June.
Several ticket pre-sales events will occur throughout the week, including artist pre-sales beginning Wednesday, March 13th (use code YOSHIMI) and a Live Nation pre-sale on Thursday, March 14th (use code KEY). The general ticket on-sale starts at 10:00 a.m. local time on Friday, March 15th via Ticketmaster.
