Based in Los Angeles, CA, The New Division is a synthpop/new wave band that formed in 2005 in Riverside, CA.

Their signature sound blends 1980s new wave and synthpop with modern production, and they’ve supported acts such as Peter Hook & The Light, Peter Murphy (Bauhaus), Shiny Toy Guns, and Minus the Bear, among many others.

Their unique sound expands on their influences which range from Depeche Mode, New Order, Tears for Fears, Duran Duran, Echo & The Bunnymen.
